I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I recently retired to the mountains of Tennessee with my husband Bill and have |
| been enjoying the beauty of our surroundings for the past few years. I have always enjoyed the magnificence of flowers and loved giving them as gifts to my friends and family. |

| This is an entirely new undertaking for me in the field of internet marketing. |

| Prior to this new adventure I worked for the US Government for the Department of the Air Force, in the Civilian Personnel Office for 32 years. That is where I met my husband Bill. I started out as a Clerk-Typist and ended my career as a Personnel Management Specialist/Personnel Systems Manager, responsible for the computer/data files of all the Civilian employees on the base located at Chicago, Illinois until it closed in 1997. |

| Petal Picker was created because I found that in order to find a flower for a certain occasion and to express one’s feelings I had to visit different sites. And even then, unless I already had an idea of the flower I wanted, the meaning may not have been what I was looking for. Hence, the Petal Picker was developed. I have put everything in one place to make selection of flowers and meanings easy to locate. |
